Thilo von Debschitz, RC Wiesbaden-Kochbrunnen

As a once well-known writer of popular science books, Dr. Fritz Kahn (1888-1968) had faded from view due to Nazi censorship. By delving into international archives, Thilo von Debschitz and his sister succeeded in recovering the graphic oeuvre of a man who could convey complex scientific issues understandably, mainly with the help of sophisticated ideas for illustrations. In his talk, Thilo will speak about Kahn's selected methods as a means of visualizing information.


Thilo von Debschitz (*1966) is an educated graphic designer in Wiesbaden, Germany, and founder of the internationally esteemed design studio Q.
